An uncontested or agreed-upon divorce means that both parties are in agreement on how assets and possessions should be divided and are willing to sign the required paperwork in order to keep court appearances and turmoil to a minimum. In cases involving children, this also means that custody and visitation would be agreed upon as well.

Yes, our firm utilizes LawPay, a secure payment gateway endorsed by the Oklahoma Bar Association. This service also allows us to offer payment plans to our clients to aid in the cost of legal services. 

Flat fee services are the alternative to expensive retainers where you have no idea what it will cost long term. In a flat fee arrangement, the attorney uses their experience in similar cases to estimate what your case will cost and gives you an opportunity to make an all-inclusive one-time payment or to make payments toward that amount over time.

Yes, you may upgrade to another package at any time or hire an attorney to help you with specific issues in the case such as service issues or discovery. The money you spend with us will also be credited toward your necessary legal needs.

If you or your spouse changes their opinion on signing the divorce documents we can assist you in making efforts to remedy the disagreement. Sometimes the heat of the moment and emotions make agreeing to anything difficult. It may take some time to accomplish a full agreement. If no agreement can be found, the case will then become a traditional or contested divorce and require some additional steps in the Court system to accomplish. You can upgrade your plan at a discount if we have provided other divorce services.

After years of working in family law and helping countless couples move through the divorce process, there are often key items that when explained properly and the pros and cons are understood, can often be agreed upon without months of court and the cost that comes along with it.

Unfortunately no, I can only represent the spouse that hires me. What that means is that I cannot give legal advice to both sides but that does not prevent me from working with both of you to find a resolution to outstanding issues.

Most of the important information will be covered in your detailed initial questionnaire. This will be sent to you by email and you can complete it online or print it off and fill it out on your own time. Then, every client is assigned a private client portal that will house your documents as well as give you the opportunity to upload information and answer questions your attorney might have about the case.
